Isn’t it like, confirmed that Pidge doesn’t actually need to wear glasses?? Because in the flashbacks, she doesn’t wear glasses. They’re just part of her Matt cosplay.

Some alien knocks her frames off during a fight and expects her to become immediately helpless, but instead of cowering in fear she just smacks them with her bayard.

“How can you still see?” the fallen alien wheezes from the ground, staring up at Pidge with confusion and more than a little bit of fear. “I took away your vision… your glasses…. Are they…….. fake?”

Pidge smirks. “Aesthetic,” she says, before she kicks them in the head.
